Game Writing ContestExperiential Learning 6 - A Time Management GameYou can use this activity to demonstrate the principle central to effeciency and Time Management - Going Slow to go Fast.Divide the group into smaller groups of 7 members in each group. Give each group a tennis ball. The task is that they have to figure out the fastest way for the ball to pass through each pair of hands in the group. The groups that experiment, then plan before executing will come up with the fastest solution. The groups who figure out a possible (usually the most probable one) solution and just make efforts to accomplish the task faster, do not come up with the best possible solution. What is the best possible solution? Hmmm... that would be telling. Why don't you use the game and write back and let me know the best possible solution your participants came up with?!
